After a wicked weekend at the Williams Carnival, Middlebury junior Erik Arvidsson and Dartmouth senior Stephanie Currie are the skiers of the week. Arvidsson raced his way to a first place tie with teammate Tim Gavett in GS and grabbed sixth place in slalom. Currie finished tenth in GS and fourth in slalom. This marks the second time this season a Middlebury skier has nabbed the Skier of the Week title, and the sixth time a Dartmouth skier has been named. Middlebury and Dartmouth were the alpine teams with the best overall results this weekend, claiming 468 and 446 points respectively. UNH followed with 393 alpine points, and UVM trailed with 362 points.
With just one carnival left in the season, Dartmouth continues to sit in first place with a total of 2,262 EISA alpine points. Middlebury remains in second with 2,092 points, and UVM in third with 1,982.
