AT RUMFORD & SUNDAY RIVER -- We all took a journey to Maine this past weekend for the Bates Carnival, with alpine at Sunday River and Nordic at Black Mountain of Maine, under the direction of the legendary Chummy Broomhall, and despite a one-day hold down in Newry they also pulled off fine events Saturday and Sunday.

Announcement: February 25  2006 EISA Service Award recipient is Earl Jette from Dartmouth College.  Find out more and look at past winners.
Carnival Update: February 21  The Nordic races of Eastern Championships hosed by Middlebury College have been moved to Craftsbury due to lack of snow.  Alpine races will be held at the Snow Bowl as scheduled.
Points Update: February 21 Bogner Points Leaders will race at the Eastern Championships this weekend wearing the red leader bibs.

Carnival Update: February 17 Williams Carnival  Schedule Changes due to extreme weather conditions.  Alpine races switched days, the Slalom was Friday and Giant Slalom will take place Saturday.  The Nordic event for Saturday is now a 3 X 5km freestyle Relay and race times remain the same.
Points Update: February 15 Bogner Points Leaders will race at the Williams College Carnival this weekend wearing the red leader bibs.
Event Update: February 8  The University of Colorado website for the 2006 NCAA Ski Championships is online.

Here is the announcement you have all been waiting for....CRAFTSBURY!   The Nordic races of the Dartmouth Carnival have been moved to Craftsbury.  Race schedule has been changed. Alpine races are at Dartmouth Skiway.
 Update: February 7  Race results are located under Race Information.  A results link is now available on each Carnival page.
Carnival Update: January 25  St. Lawrence Carnival-- Both Nordic races have been moved to the MacKenzie-Intervale Ski Jump Complex.  Alpine races are as scheduled.  
Carnival Update: January 19  Colby Carnival--Alpine racing will now be Saturday and Sunday, Nordic to stay Friday and Saturday.  Alpine events postponed because high winds Thursday knocked out power.
